Troubleshooting and support

Whether you're using the ARIA Player as a standalone or as a plug-in, help is only a click away. If you are having trouble or are experiencing a technical problem while using the ARIA Player, most problems can be resolved by installing the most recent version. Updates are released regularly to fix known problems and improve the software. We always recommend downloading and installing the most recent version of the ARIA Player.

To update the ARIA Player

1. Click the Settings button. The Settings view appears.

2. Click the Player Update button. A dialog box appears letting you know if there is an update available and you are given the option to download the most up to date version.

Tip: If you are using an older version of the ARIA Player, go to the MakeMusic Download Library, type "ARIA" next to Name, click the Search button, and select the most recent ARIA Player installer for your operating system.

If you're still having trouble or are experiencing a technical problem after updating the ARIA Player, there are many resources available to you at www.garritan.com/support to help solve the problem. To open www.garritan.com/support from within the ARIA Player, click the Settings button, and then click the Get Help button.
